CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Routing is an industry-leading method for creating high-quality signs from a variety of materials.  The CNC router gives us the ability to make custom shaped signs and add dimension to create dynamic 3D signs.

CNC routed signs are created by cutting away from a solid material such as foam or wood.  Unlike hand-carved pieces, routed signs generally refer to signs that are CNC routed or machine carved. In addition to wood, routed signs can be made from High-Density-Urethane (HDU). This substrate weathers the elements better than natural wood. We also route (but are not limited to) acrylic, Dibond, plastics, aluminum, poly carb, and PVC.
